Astro-Mistake

I Lost My Head
This Hour
Thinking of You
Remembering Me
Courting the Distance
Forgetting To See

The Car came from Nowhere
And Pushed me aside
Heading to the Pavement
a Long Lonely Ride

Easter was Early
Jesus was late
Waiting at the Tavern
‘Til a Quarter Past Eight

My car is now Running
Faster than Me
My clock is still Ticking
The time I can See

I’m waiting on the Corner
my body’s turned to Stone
No one will buy me;
I walk home alone

Fast Lips

they say it’s the Devil
that makes us Stay Late
I say it’s the Angels
who tell us not to wait.
